How We Rate Casinos
Every ordered list on this site is built the same way. We read the operator’s own documents — terms, bonus rules, cashier and payout pages — and record what they actually say. Nothing on this page is a promise about how a casino will treat you; it is a description of what we checked before a brand was allowed onto a list.
The thirteen checks

Beyond these 13 recorded facts every review also describes, in words, what the operator publishes about deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, and whether New Zealand help services are named anywhere on the site. That is written out rather than counted as a field, because operators state it in too many different ways to compare honestly.
What we do not do
- We do not open accounts, deposit money or time our own withdrawals. A stopwatch test we did not run is not a test, so we never describe one.
- We do not publish reader star ratings. There is no panel of voters behind this site, so no score of the “4.7 out of 5 from 812 players” kind appears on it.
- We do not invent licence numbers, awards or office addresses for operators.
- We do not list a casino whose bonus figure we cannot source from the operator itself.
Money, gaps and corrections
Links to operators are commercial. If you open an account after following one, this site may be paid by the operator, and that determines which brands we are in a position to list and where they sit in a list. It does not change the recorded facts: the licence, the currency, the wagering multiplier and the limits are copied from the operator’s documents and are checked again when those documents change.
Where an operator publishes no figure, the field stays empty. A gap is more useful than a guess. Terms move quickly — if something here no longer matches what the operator says, write to the editor and it will be checked against the current terms.
