Corrections come first
If a bonus figure, a wagering multiplier, a payment method or a legal statement on this site is out of date or wrong, send the page address and the detail. Corrections are checked against the operator’s current terms and made on the page itself — they are the fastest kind of message to get a reply to, and the most useful one to send.
Other enquiries
- Operators and affiliate managers: use the same address. Read how we rate casinos first — a brand with no published bonus figure cannot be listed, and paid placement inside editorial text is not for sale.
- Problem gambling: we are not a support service and cannot help with an account, a balance or a dispute with a casino. Free, confidential help is available in New Zealand at any hour on 0800 654 655; see responsible gambling.
- Privacy: requests about data held by this site are covered by our privacy policy and go to the same address.
