Our Editorial Policy

How pages are written
Pages are written and maintained by the site’s editorial team. We do not publish invented personal bylines, photographs or biographies, and we do not attribute work to experts who do not exist — a practice common enough in this industry to be worth stating plainly.

Sources and corrections

Mistakes get corrected on the page, not argued about in a comment thread. Send the URL and what is wrong to the editor.
Advertising and independence
